When it comes to the PMP®, the word "guarantee" is thrown about in some very interesting ways these days. When we use it, it is simple, and straightforward.

We measure our success one PMP® at a time, and by following our system, you will pass the PMP® Exam. Our method of test preparation works. No one wants to spend days preparing for the PMP® exam and not pass. The examination, however, is rigorous and difficult, and there will be occasions where someone does not pass the PMP® on his first time. Here is how it works:

1. You register and attend all sessions of our 6-Saturday Mornings course.

2. You take the PMP® Certification Exam within a calendar month of completing the course. In order to ensure that you can do this, we encourage you to apply with PMI® and schedule your exam before you attend our course.

3. If you do not pass the exam, simply call our office and fax your score sheet to us within a week of your test date. An instructor will evaluate your results, compare them against your class performance and your in-class test scores, and combine this information to devise a study plan crafted to help you pass.

4. Complete your instructor's study recommendations and retake the exam within a month of your original test date.

5. If you follow the steps above and do not pass the exam, we will refund your full tuition. We are certain that we can equip you to pass the PMP®, but if, for some reason we do not, you will not have to pay anything for our course. If a refund is not desired, we offer the option of attending a future course at no charge.
